Bianca is a very skilled realtor, who takes the time to understand the macro and micro-environment, is nimble and adjusts with the changing environment. She is also very thorough which helps avoid any unpleasant surprises.Her support did not end with sale of our home and she was always available for questions, referrals for other property/rental matters.She is great!

As a 1st-time home buyer, the home buying process was very daunting. But after speaking w/ several realtors, I came across Bianca and instantly felt a connection.First, unlike other agents who told me find showings by myself or didn't follow-up like they said, Bianca was with me every step of the way (and even custom-printed a helpful guidebook). We went back & forth on interesting listings, she then setup convenient showings, and finally she either attended or sent her associates to attend showings w/ me.Second, I always felt like Bianca gave the straight lay of the land. No sugar coating or glossing over, instead she outlined the pros & cons and gave her honest take. As a finance professional interested in going into real estate one day, I was naturally curious and asked a bunch of questions. Bianca was always timely and enthusiastic when responding.Finally, once I was ready to proceed w/ a home, she and I worked together to form a strong offer during which I learned how to balance money, timing, appeals, etc. Once the offer was accepted, she clearly outlined the closing process, setup Google Calendar milestones, and consistently aligned w/ all relevant parties.The end result was that I went from the start of my home search to getting my new keys (today!) in less than 2 months.
