Currently, Matt is the managing partner of Americorp and the head of the LARICY real estate team. He specializes in all aspects of real estate, whether it is assisting first-time home buyers or dealing with luxury properties, he has experienced it all.

Matt's goal is to build lasting relationships with clients through trust, transparency, and professionalism. To Matt, each client is not merely a transaction, but the core and success to his career and business. His approach has always been to put the client's interest first and provide personalized service to cater to individual needs, and real estate goals.

Outside of the office, Matt is a devoted husband and a father to three wonderful children. His family inspires him to work hard and fuels his desire to offer the best possible service to clients.

Matt was great! He helped us every step of the way. Whether it was patiently answering and explaining our many questions, personally attending all of the open houses/viewings we were interested in, or connecting us with the additional professionals needed along the home buying process. Matt helped us buy a new condo and it was a fantastic process. Everything was easy. He has tremendous knowledge about the market and every Chicago neighborhood, and was able to help us throughout the whole process. He is also very responsive and willing to show places 24/7. Even though we visited about 30 places over 3 years before finding the right one, he still treated us the same way every year we came back and never pressured us into a deal. He is honest and straight to the point with any negatives about a place. It never felt like he was trying to push us into making an offer just to get his commission. He will give you all the information and his true advice, so you can make your own decision.Highly recommend.
