Kevin helped me buy my first home and eventually sell it after a few years. As a first time home buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better agent to help guide me through the process. Kevin was extremely patient, understanding and fun to work with. When I almost sold my house at a loss when the market was down due to a personal family matter that required me to move out of state, Kevin guided me with renting out my house until the market got better. After selling my house this year (from out of state) with Kevin's help, I can safely say I made the right decision for trusting him with one of the toughest decisions I had to make. Not only has working with Kevin been profitable, I've gained invaluable knowledge about real estate that will be useful to me in the future. I'd recommend Kevin and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Kevin is the absolute best to work with! He has an incredible amount of local market knowledge and had answers to all of our questions-- his experience really shows! Having him and his team by our side throughout the whole process was important in making sure we were confident in our decision to buy! He's very good at laying out all of the facts for each property we visited, good and bad, and made sure we were aware of how much things would cost to renovate or fix. When we decided to make an offer, Kevin had the process locked down. Even with our tight timeline for getting our offer in, Kevin helped keep us calm and level headed and knew exactly how to structure our offer to make it competitive. Once we got into contract, he emailed us weekly with important tasks to tackle for the week. This was super helpful with our hectic schedules having these emails to help keep us on track for closing. We could not have done it without him and his team! Their attention to detail and attentiveness made the whole experience for us enjoyable and we will undoubtedly choose to work with them again if we decide to buy/sell another property. Props to Kevin and the whole team for a great experience!

Kevin went above and beyond what I expected from a realtor. He and his team were quick to respond to all our questions. When we wanted to tour houses, he was able to arrange a private showing for the next day. While touring houses, Kevin was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. If available, his team also obtained home inspection reports and comparable market reports for us to review before touring. He even pointed out potential issues we should consider when we viewed older homes. Additionally, Kevin had a contact for any post-purchase upgrades and repairs that we needed.
