Kevin is the absolute best to work with! He has an incredible amount of local market knowledge and had answers to all of our questions-- his experience really shows! Kevin went above and beyond what I expected from a realtor. He and his team were quick to respond to all our questions. When we wanted to tour houses, he was able to arrange a private showing for the next day. While touring houses, Kevin was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. If available, his team also obtained home inspection reports and comparable market reports for us to review before touring. He even pointed out potential issues we should consider when we viewed older homes. Additionally, Kevin had a contact for any post-purchase upgrades and repairs that we needed.
